Located in WNC, Moonsprouts is a year-round microgreen operation dedicated to serving and inspiring local chefs with high quality organic, non-GMO living food.

Owned and operated by former Restaurant Manager Crystal Meserole, Moonsprouts was created out of a deep appreciation for high quality produce, a desire to increase local food availability, and a recognition of the need for more Non-GMO organic farms.

In addition to our dedication to exceptional produce, Moonsprouts seeks sustainability. It is our duty to grow high quality produce in the most sustainable way possible. Moonsprouts composts the harvested microgreen trays to build gardens, and grows in reusable plastic trays to save on the pollution generated by manufacturing biodegradable products.
