Each variety has a different grow time so it is best to check with us for the grow times of your specific varieties.

Most varieties can be kept in your walk-in or reach in. Storing them in your coolers will keep them in their living state and slow their growth down. There are a few varieties that cannot be stored in the coolers and your Account Manager should provide you with any details specific to your varieties.

​As a general rule, watering your greens every other day is ideal. For extra hot kitchens, daily watering may be needed. Smaller greens should receive roughly about a quart of water every other day with the larger greens receiving three quarts of water every other day. You should only have a small amount of water left in the bottom of the flat after a few hours of watering.
